Dr. Paulus Hlongwane

Dr. Paulus Hlongwane is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration
and Management at the University of South Africa (UNISA). He holds a Doctor of
Administration in Public Administration degree from the University of Limpopo. His
research interests include inter alia, labour relations in the public sector, public human
resource, local government service delivery, governance, and corruption and ethics in
the public sector. He has published peer reviewed scholarly articles in various accredited
local and international journals. Furthermore, he has presented papers in different
national and international academic conferences.
