Dr. Baakile Motshegwa

Dr. Baakile Motshegwa is the Dean at the School of Business and Management Studies
at Botswana Open University. Before then, she held positions from Lecturer to Associate
Professor at the University of Botswana. She holds a BA in Public Administration and Political
Science (University of Botswana) and an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management (University
of Manchester, UK). She completed her Doctorate degree at the University of Newcastle
in Australia. She has supervised students from undergraduate to PhD level and held different
positions in both the government and private sector before joining the university.
